✨VEDA Yoga & Revolution Gallery presents our 2nd installment of Yoga at the Gallery! Join us every Monday evening!

✨Located on the ground floor of a 120 yr. old building in the historic Hertel Avenue district in Buffalo, Revolution Gallery is a beautiful space. Positioned directly across from the North Park Theatre, kitty corner to Spot Coffee, and adjacent to Second Reader Bookstore, there is always plenty of on street parking on both Hertel Avenue and around the corner. There is also a small lot behing the buidling.

✨During classes, participants are surrounded by beautiful artwork created by world renowned, national, and international artists. This is a all levels class, offering modifications for all bodies, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Class is hatha based with flowing vinyasa components designed to center the mind, focus the breath, and challenge the body. You will leave feeling grouded, de-stressed, and more open and comfortable in your own skin as we learn to break out of habitual patterns of posture and movement. Join us to warm up on these chilly evenings with some essential Self-care!
