Mondays just got better. VEDA Yoga with Lauren Willett-Benson & Revolution Gallery present Yoga at the Gallery each Monday evening for an all levels yoga practice. Stop in at 6 for a grounding yoga class encouraging conscious movement with mindful awareness & supportive, flowing breath. Embrace the antidote for our collectively busy days. This class is perfect for beginners and those returning to a yoga practice, though intermediate and advanced students looking for stress relief and gentle flow will also find their bodies and minds thanking them at the end of class :)

Class is $15/drop-in (cash or check), or purchase a block of 4 classes for $48. 

While the in-house wine bar is open every week following class, once a month we offer an extra special hour of open bar and fine cheeses for only $5 extra! So bring your friends and plan to hang with us for a bit! (Stay tuned for the next wine date!)

✨Located on the ground floor of a 120 yr. old building in the historic Hertel Avenue district in Buffalo, Revolution Gallery is a beautiful space. Positioned across from the North Park Theatre, kitty corner to Spot Coffee, there is always plenty of on street parking on both Hertel Avenue and around the corner. There is also a small lot behing the buidling.

✨This is a all levels class, offering modifications for all bodies, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Class is hatha based with flowing vinyasa components designed to center the mind, focus the breath, and challenge the body. You will leave feeling grouded, de-stressed, and more open and comfortable in your own skin as we learn to break out of habitual patterns of posture and movement. Join us to warm up on these chilly evenings with some essential Self-care! During classes, participants are surrounded by beautiful artwork created by world renowned, national, and international artists.
